I don't know how many of you remember me from Godchan (god = dio (I'm new to this place, I don't know the word filters here, sorry!)), but I was told that most of you there have moved to a better place here. It's Finnfren! I used to do drunk drawings out there.
If you do NOT know who I am, I'm a dipshit from Ylilauta, back when some nerd in 2021-2022 decided it'd be cool to raid an imageboard as dead as Godchan. Turned out we became friends and the guys appreciated the spiked traffic there. I decided to stick around there because Italy is a cool place and Italian is a cool language. Then I was told that most of you moved here because Strawberry was being a big idiot. Piacere!
It should be noted that I've conquered my booze problem and I'm now drinking healthily (in Finnish culture that's as good as sober). I even finally graduated from college! Now I'm studying for another profession and learning Italian… through Duolingo.
I know Duolingo can be a bit dogshit from time to time, but I've legitimately learned a few words through it! I'm confident that the app can teach me proper Italian, unless you guys have better suggestions, forse?

Are imageboards and chans still mainstream in finland? I heard yilauta or whatever was really big over there. In Italy people always liked social media, chats like omegle and dating sites and our only option has always been shitty diochan (fuck them) for imageboards, either that or posting in english. Nowadays only old fags from the time before socialshit became the norm still post on imageboards.
